- Measure the inner diameter (mm) with a ruler or caliper.
- Compare it with the size chart below.
2. Using a string or paper strip
- Wrap it around the finger where you want to wear the ring.
- Mark the point where it overlaps.
- Measure the length of the strip (mm) = finger circumference.
- Match it with the size chart to find your ring size.
